“Best and friendliest place I found in Skopje. So accommodating and helpful. Excellent perfect location. I highly recommend this place over anywhere else!”

Lucy Honeyman · Oct 2026

“For those traveling through Skopje, this hotel is in an excellent location—close to buses and shops, as well as places with great food! It is a very clean hotel, with clean, pressed sheets, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.”

“Our stay at Astera Apartments was truly an excellent experience for our entire group. We traveled as a group of more than 30 people, and we all agree – it is rare to experience such a high level of hospitality. 😊 Special praise goes to the owner and the entire team working there. The ladies at the reception were always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything, while the kitchen staff showed great care and attention toward the guests. The breakfast was excellent, diverse, and carefully prepared. We were especially impressed that they also thought about guests who were observing the Easter fast, which is truly rare and shows genuine care for their visitors. A special highlight were the delicious homemade beer cookies 🍪 that brought all of us back to childhood – a small but unforgettable touch. The location is one of the best in the city. Everything is very close – Vero Center, Jumbo, East Gate Mall, the city center, and the beautiful Vardar River. A perfect place to stay and explore the city. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Skopje – we will certainly come back. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and the warm atmosphere you created for us! 🌟”

Anna Zarlenga · Dec 2018

Tasos Lamprou · Oct 2018

“Very nice Hotel in Skopje. Its close to the bus and railway station but also in walking distance to the city center. The rooms are modern, very clean and spacious. The staff was super helpfull, when we arrived early in the morning we could have breakfast and leave the luggage. We would definitly come again!”

Anton Reinicke · Aug 2018

“Beautiful room, very comfortable bed and everything was very clean. It is close to city center (10 min walk) and across the street is a big Shopping mall. Very friendly reception and helpful also. Lots of public parking slots around the hotel but we used private parking (5 Eur/day). Wifi reception was great. Overall our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable and great value for money. I would recommend the hotel to everybody.”

Adri Isa · Aug 2018

“Bien situado, sencillo, cómodo, tranquilo y muy agradable.”

Juan Carlos Pernas · Aug 2018

“Wonderful room and nice staff. Unfortunately the air conditioning stopped working late at night and we didn't want to call reception for this problem. We slept with the window open. Apparently, the filter/grid at the bottom of the airco was loose and if we had pushed it back in place, it should have worked again. Room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast was great. When a lot of people arrive at the same time, some things run out fast, but the staff works hard to refill cutlery, bread, coffee, etc.”

Esther van der Stappen · Aug 2018

“One of the best places in town. High quality rooms, service and personnel. Great value for money. Brand new place. The rooms are on the level of a high category hotel, but unlike a big hotel, they are actually focused on the guests as individuals, not just numbers. I highly recommend it.”
