Arrival and departure

Check-in is 14:00–20:00 and check-out is 07:00–12:00. Early arrival and late departure require reception confirmation and depend on availability. All guests must register with a valid passport or national identity card.

During your stay

• Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00.

• Smoking and vaping are not allowed in rooms, balconies or indoor shared areas.

• Parties, loud music and disruptive gatherings are not allowed.

• Only registered guests may stay overnight.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Guests are responsible for damage, missing items and exceptional cleaning; these may result in Extra Pay.

Services

Breakfast is served 07:00–10:00. Laundry, private garage parking and other optional services are available for Extra Pay. Ask reception for availability and the current charge.

Safety and departure

Keep room access details secure, follow staff safety instructions and report damage promptly. Return any physical keys and settle any outstanding Extra Pay items before departure.

Your studio includes a kitchenette with a hob, kettle and fridge, plus a TV and air conditioning. Use the appliance controls to select the setting you need, and switch the hob off after cooking. Fill the kettle with water before switching it on.

The air-conditioning remote is in the drawer under the TV. Select your preferred mode and temperature; 22–24 °C is recommended. Keep windows closed while it is running.

If a control is unfamiliar or something is not working, ask reception to show you how to use it. Do not attempt repairs yourself.

Breakfast is served daily from 07:00–10:00 in our Coffee & Bar. Ask reception about breakfast arrangements, dietary requirements and meal recommendations. Your kitchenette is also available for preparing your own meals.

Ask reception to help arrange a taxi or enquire about an airport transfer in advance. Reservations are subject to availability; transport is Extra Pay. The bus and railway station is approximately a five-minute walk away. Confirm current bus routes, tickets and departure times before travelling.

For car-hire options, contact reception for local recommendations. Confirm availability, licence requirements, insurance, deposit and collection details directly with the rental provider before booking. Car hire is Extra Pay.
