Refund Policy

Refunds depend on when the booking is cancelled before the arrival date: 72 hours or more before arrival — 100% of the amount paid; between 48 and 72 hours — 50%; less than 48 hours or no-show — no refund.

Refunds are made only to the card used for the payment, in Macedonian denars (MKD).

Refunds are started within 7 working days of the cancellation being confirmed; when the money appears on the account depends on the card's issuing bank.

Bookings made through other channels (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) are refunded under that channel's terms.

Payments are received by Premium Holding DOO Skopje, the operator of Astera Apart Hotel.
