Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: 14:00–20:00.

• Check-out: 07:00–12:00.

• Early check-in from 09:00–12:00 and late check-out from 12:00–15:00 are free when confirmed by reception and subject to availability.

• Arrival before 09:00 or departure after 15:00 is subject to availability and must be confirmed by reception.

• Every guest must present a valid passport or national identity card at check-in.

Payment and deposit

We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash and invoice payments. American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. A valid card must be presented at check-in. A card authorisation for the value of the stay may be held until departure and for up to five days afterwards to cover confirmed damage or missing items.

Included in the room rate

VAT, tourist tax and unlimited wireless internet access are included.

Children

Children up to and including 12 years stay without an additional charge. Guests over 12 are charged as adults.

Breakfast and additional services

Breakfast is served every morning from 07:00–10:00. Laundry, private garage parking and other optional services are available for Extra Pay. Ask reception for the current charge before ordering.

Pets, smoking and damage

Pets are not allowed. Astera is a non-smoking property. Smoking, damage, missing items or exceptional cleaning may result in Extra Pay. Vehicles and belongings in the free public parking area remain at the owner's risk.

Cancellation

Unless the rate selected at booking states otherwise, cancellation at least 72 hours before the 14:00 arrival time receives a full refund; 48–72 hours receives 70%; 24–48 hours receives 50%; less than 24 hours receives 30%. No-shows are non-refundable. The conditions shown in the booking confirmation take priority for special and non-refundable rates.
