Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement use consent for optional analytics and advertising storage. Booking-enquiry conversions are reported only with that consent; form contact details are not sent as enhanced-conversion identifiers. You can decline without affecting enquiries, or withdraw using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Authorised reception staff and contracted hosting, data-storage and email-delivery providers handle requests as needed. Authorities receive records where the law requires them. Tawk.to chat, the TripAdvisor rating widget and externally hosted fonts currently connect automatically when pages load, independently of analytics consent; they can receive IP/device data and chat messages where used. Google Maps connects when you activate the map; WhatsApp and external booking/review sites process data when you follow their links. Their own notices also apply. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention is determined by the purpose: enquiries for the time needed to resolve the request and related disputes; booking, guest-registration and accounting records for applicable statutory periods; service requests for arranging the service and resolving related claims. Browser consent and theme preferences remain until changed or cleared; third-party storage has provider-specific expiry periods. No fixed retention schedule or automatic deletion period is asserted by this notice.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests; you may withdraw consent. Contact info@astera.mk or write to the address below. We may request proportionate identity verification and respond within the statutory time limit. Rights may be limited by lawful record-keeping obligations. We do not use enquiry data for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

You may complain directly to the Agency for Personal Data Protection (AZLP), without first contacting us.
